Faculty (GOI) = 27 Nepalese faculties = 12 Senior Residents = 15 Officer = 8 Senior House Officer = 10 House Officer = 52 Dental Surgeon = 5 Nursing Staff = 69 = 8 Technician = 11 ANM = 189 Other Support staff = 23 Total no. of staff members in BPKIHS = 1551 Contract service of employees has been extended on the basis of performance evaluation and as per needs of the Institute. So many employees have been appointed to various posts in the performance contract from general contract on the basis of evaluation. Thirteen faculty members and ten other support staff members have been promoted
