The major activities, carried out in fiscal year 2061/062 are as follows Accommodation & Buildings Provided accommodation to the faculties, staff and resident doctor as per policy and criteria of the Institute. Coordinated with the concern maintenance departments for the maintenance of residential building, roads, drains etc. Management of rental buildings such as general stores, canteens, communication centers, mess, tailors etc. by renewed agreement with a negotiation of increment in rent as well as open tender process Transportation, Vehicle & Guest Management Provided vehicles to departments, sections as and when required for official use. Provided vehicles to faculties and staffs to attend/participate in national and international conference as and when permitted by the Institute. Arranged vehicles for various schedule field programs on regular basis in co ordination with public health section. Maintenance of vehicles as and when required and servicing on regular basis. Arranged fuel to the vehicles for transportation, incinerator and fogging purpose. Registration and renewal of vehicles carried out as per need. Arranged air tickets train tickets to the faculties, staff for official visit as well as to all the incoming guests i.e. visiting faculties, external examiners, senators, members of various committees of BPKIHS, inspection team of NMC and MCI. Settled travel claims of the official guests visited the Institute. Provided hospitality to the guests of the Institute at our own guest houses as well as arranged at Nirwana country club's guest houses when the number of guests are more than our available bed capacity. Fooding facilities have been provided to them at our own guesthouse.
