| The Electro-medical Engineering section comprises of one
engineer, four technical assistants and eight helpers. It is
entrusted with the responsibility if installation,
supervision, repairment and maintenance of various medical
equipments, laundry m/c, manifold, oxygen plant, floor m/c,
beds, trolleys, etc. |
| General Activities |
- Day to day Electro-Med concerned activities.
- Repair/maintenance of various medical equipments,
machines and others (surgical and non-surgical).
- Repair/maintenance of photocopies m/c, fax m/c,
laundry, manifold, floor m/c.
- Co-ordinate with entire faculty for providing
support in time.
- Co-ordinate with all the AMC engineers and keep a
close monitor on their work performance in the
Institute.
- Managing the public addressing system in the
Institute.
- Establishing communication with assigned company and
suppliers as per the need of the Institute.
- In case of emergency or crisis always prepare for
crisis management

| PLAN OF ACTION |
- To strengthen the section in every aspect for
providing quality service on time.
- Get skilled and sufficient manpower in the section.
- Train the existing staff for quality service.
- Try and get rid off of AMC by developing our own
manpower to par excellence.
- Try and keep the necessary spares in stock.
- To get computer for keeping the records of the
section, interaction with various companies under AMC
and search various information in search engines as per
the need of the Institute.
- Get the installation, operational and service manual
of equipments/machines procured
